About Us: Why protection of simple inventions costs more than complex inventions? The beauty of an invention often lies in its simplicity. Unfortunately the invention’s simplicity may make it difficult to obtain patent protection, which is why in these cases it is even more important to ensure an experienced and creative patent attorney is preparing your patent application. This is not the time to go with a patent attorney that has not prosecuted hundreds of patent applications from initial drafting all the way through issuance (not just a piece here and a piece there). With simple inventions it is critical to identify, or distill, the hidden relationships among the different variables associated with a design. Contact David if you are looking for an experienced patent attorney with a proven portfolio of creative patent drafting, prosecution, and strategy development (oh, and only if you are willing to make the investment necessary to retain an  attorney with this experience – as skilled and creative patent drafting and prosecution is not a commodity service).
