Mark R Slovacek, Esq.

Greetings! Thanks for looking at my profile page.

I started with the firm as a legal intern while attending Capital Law. After graduating, I became part of the firm’s legal team in 2007. In the interim, I have worked on helping to protect an uncountable number of amazing inventions. One of the greatest joys I experience as an Intellectual Property attorney is seeing our clients’ products in the chain of commerce. There is nothing like feeling you had a part in seeing people fulfill their dreams. Because of this, I strive to provide the best services possible for our clients.

Before becoming an Intellectual Property attorney I have experience in a variety of engineering areas that includes performing electrical engineering work for both Williams Communications, and Boeing. Other technical jobs that I have performed in my life include: electrical engineering utility pole remediation, engineering work for an ethanol / biodiesel plant, and making custom software. My vast engineering background has given me insight into how to better protect the intellectual property of our clients.
